iCreat Learning Center – Terms & Conditions
Program Enrollment & Participation Agreement

1. Program Enrollment
By enrolling in any iCreat Learning Center program, the parent/guardian (or adult participant) agrees to comply with all program guidelines, schedules, and requirements. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment for the program.
2. Fees & Refund Policy
All program fees must be paid in full prior to the start date unless otherwise arranged in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will follow iCreat Learning Center’s refund policy as published on our website. No refunds will be issued for missed classes, late arrivals, or early withdrawals except under circumstances outlined in the refund policy.
3. Attendance & Punctuality
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time. iCreat Learning Center reserves the right to refuse participation to any student who consistently arrives late or misses sessions without notice.
4. Code of Conduct
Participants must treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
5. Safety & Liability
While all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure participant safety, iCreat Learning Center, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during participation in the program.
6. Use of Images & Recordings
By participating in the program, the parent/guardian grants iCreat Learning Center permission to take photographs and videos of the participant during activities for educational, promotional, and archival purposes, unless a written opt-out request is submitted before the program start.
7. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own personal items. iCreat Learning Center is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
8. Program Changes & Cancellations
iCreat Learning Center reserves the right to modify program schedules, instructors, or content as necessary. In the event of program cancellation by iCreat Learning Center, participants will receive a refund or credit.
9. Agreement to Terms
By checking the box “I have read and agree to the iCreat Learning Center Program Enrollment & Participation Agreement” during the registration process, the parent/guardian (or adult participant) confirms understanding and acceptance of all terms outlined above.

Refund Policy

At iCreat Learning Center, we strive to deliver high-quality programs and services for all students. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund guidelines to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. General Principles
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to our administrative team.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.
- Registration fees, administrative fees, and materials fees are non-refundable.
- Any bank or transaction charges related to refunds will be deducted from the refunded amount.
2. Weekly Classes & After School Programs
Before Program Start:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the first scheduled class will receive a full refund (minus non-refundable fees).
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first class will receive a 50% refund.
After Program Start:
Refunds are not available once the program has begun, except in cases of:
- Verified medical conditions (doctor’s note required)
- Relocation outside Halifax area (proof required)
- Program cancellation by iCreat Learning Center
3. Camps (Seasonal Camps, March Break, Summer Camps)
Before Camp Start:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the camp start date will receive a full refund (minus non-refundable fees).
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before camp start will receive a 50% refund.
After Camp Start:
- No refunds will be issued for partial attendance, missed days, or withdrawals after the start date.
4. Private Lessons & Tutoring
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
- Prepaid packages are non-refundable once the first lesson has been delivered, but may be transferred to another family member within 6 months.
5. University Planning & Application Services
- All planning and consulting service fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, as preparation and consultation hours are reserved in advance.
- If the client chooses to terminate the agreement before services begin, a refund will be issued minus the non-refundable basic service fee.
6. Program Changes or Cancellations by iCreat
If iCreat Learning Center cancels a program before it starts, clients may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- A Credit towards another program within 12 months.
If a program is interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, facility closures, public health directives), we may offer:
- Make-up sessions, or
- A prorated credit (at our discretion).
7. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations can arise. Requests outside this policy will be reviewed by our management team on a case-by-case basis.
